Michael Chitwood, M.D.

Dr. Chitwood graduated from Hanover College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1978. He graduated in 1982 from Indiana University’s School of Medicine. He completed his family practice residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis in 1985.

Dr. Chitwood decided to leave the Indianapolis area and come to the Edinburgh/Trafalgar Family Health Center so that he could be closer to home. He believes that there is a real need for Community Health Centers and he believes in helping those in need of affordable health care.
