Judy Jacobs

Judy Jacobs is a registered Medical Assistant and has extensive experience in the medical field. Judy has been with Trafalgar Family Health Center since its inception in 1996 and assumed the role of Community Health Benefits Coordinator in 2000. In this role, Judy coordinates low-cost health programs and outreach activities throughout the E/TFHC five county service area.

In her free time, Judy enjoys spending time with her family and is actively involved within the community.
