Michael Kolenda, Ph.D.

Michael K. Kolenda, Ph.D., has been the E/TFHC’s Chief Executive Officer since December 2003. He has spent over 30 years in the healthcare industry and been a manager or senior administrator for 19 years. Dr. Kolenda has been a Vice President responsible for community health services in two hospital systems.

In the behavioral health field, Mike has served as the Administrator of a psychiatric facility, directed a managed mental health care network, developed and administered several employee assistance programs and been the clinical director of a residential, chemical dependency treatment facility.

Dr. Kolenda received a masters and a doctoral degree in Counseling & Guidance from the University of Alabama.
