Theodore Park, M.D.

Dr. Theodore Park grew up in the Washington, D.C. area, but has since moved around in the Midwest. He spent his university and medical school days in Chicago, IL, at Northwestern University. Afterward he moved to Cincinnati, OH, to train in Family Medicine at the University of Cincinnati. With aspirations to travel Dr. Park spent some time working as a rural general practitioner in New Zealand prior to moving back to the U.S. to Indianapolis. He now lives in the downtown Indianapolis area.

Dr. Park began working at the Countyline Family Health Center in October 2008. He is also partnering with the Community Health Network, working to expand healthcare to needed populations in the Indianapolis region.
