from I-65:
Take I-65 south to exit 80 (Edinburgh/Taylorsville). After leaving the exit ramp, turn left (east) on Highway 252. Drive east on Highway 252 for approximately 10 miles until you reach State Road 9. Turn right (south) on SR 9. Continue on SR 9 for about 5 miles until you reach the town of Hope – SR 9 turns into Main Street through Hope. Turn left (east) on Washington Street. Stay on Washington Street for about ½ mile. The Hope Community Center building is located on the right side of the road just past an old gymnasium. The Clinic is located within the Hope Community Center building.
from I-74:
Take I-74 east toward Cincinnati and continue until you reach the Shelbyville exit. After leaving the exit ramp, turn right (south) on State Road 9. Continue south on SR 9 for about 15 miles until you reach the town of Hope – SR 9 turns into Main Street in Hope. Turn left (east) on Washington Street. Stay on Washington Street for about ½ mile. The Hope Community Center building is located on the right side of the road just past an old gymnasium. The Clinic is located within the Hope Community Center building.
From Franklin
Take Highway 44 east from Franklin into Shelbyville. Turn right (south) on State Road 9. Continue south on SR 9 for about 15 miles until you reach the town of Hope – SR 9 turns into Main Street in Hope. Turn left (east) on Washington Street. Stay on Washington Street for about ½ mile. From Edinburgh

Take Highway 252 east out of Trafalgar until reaching US 31. Turn right (south) on US 31 until reaching the first Edinburgh turn off (stop light on Highway 252). Turn left towards Edinburgh and cross the bridge. At the first stop sign, go left into Edinburgh. Continue on Highway 252 east through Edinburgh and past I-65. Continue on Highway 252 east for approximately 10 miles until you reach State Road 9. Turn right (south) on SR 9. Continue on SR 9 for about 5 miles until you reach the town of Hope – SR 9 turns into Main Street in Hope. Turn left (east) on Washington Street. Stay on Washington Street for about ½ mile. From Columbus
Take Highway 46 east out of Columbus until you reach State Road 9. Turn left (north) on SR 9. SR 9 turns into Main Street in the town of Hope. Turn right (east) on Washington Street.
